This is our very first Christmas at The Clomanor, and we wanted to make it one to remember. We’re filling every corner with festive magic, from twinkling lights to cosy touches that make it feel like home. We’ve even invited Santa and his elves to join us and bring a little extra joy for the families visiting.

Yes, advance booking is strongly recommended as places are limited and sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee walk in's on the day.
Each Santa visit lasts 3-5 minutes per child, giving plenty of time for photos and a chat. The Elf Workshop runs for approximately 30 minutes and includes all activities and materials.
Only children need a ticket for the experience, but adults are welcome to accompany them inside the grotto or workshop.
Yes, children can visit Santa together during the same time slot but require individual tickets. Please ensure each child has their own ticket, as gifts are given individually.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to take photos during the experience to capture the special moment.
Santa and the elves schedules are very busy at this time of year, so we can’t guarantee entry outside your allocated time. Please contact the team at the earliest convenience.

The Meet Santa experience is perfect for all ages, while the Elf Workshop is best suited for children aged 3 and above.
Yes, The Clomanor is fully accessible and pram-friendly. Our team will be happy to help with any additional needs.
Only 1 adult per child, as the grotto will get very busy and to help avoid overcrowding.
Not at all. The Clomanor will be open as usual to shop for our regular customers.
