Refund & Returns Policy
CMFRT Returns Policy:
There is a 14 day returns policy for all CMFRT items, this is from the date you have received your order. We can only accept returns on items that have been briefly tried on and there is no sign of wear due to hygiene reasons, or if there is an issue with your order or the quality within the 14 days. We need as much info as possible to process returns including pictures. When returning please make sure to include your order number, reason for return and any other specific details such as a contact email in case there are any issues. We are not responsible for any damage or issues outside this period or after the item has been worn/washed. We no longer offer exchanges, refund only.
Clomaná Products Returns Policy:
There is a 14 day returns policy for all Clomaná products, this is from the date you have received your order. This includes Marshmallow sponges, soaps, tan etc. We only accept returns for the above products if the mailing box is unopened, we cannot accept returns on items that may have been opened/touched due to hygiene reasons. If you have an issue with any items in your order, please contact us with pictures (including your order slip) and as much info as you can so we can get it resolved asap. We no longer offer exchanges, refund only.
We do not currently cover the returns postage cost (unless faulty) but we are looking into a returns system through the website. Make sure to keep hold of your returns receipt/proof in case it is lost in transit before reaching us. Contact us on Instagram @clomanabeautyhelp or @cmfrthelp if you are unsure of anything before sending your item back to us and check you are eligible for a return with the above information. Please do not contact on more than 1 platform unless you haven't had a response within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
