I’m Chloe, the founder of The Marshmallow Sponge, and this all started with one frustrating problem: every makeup tool I tried either enhanced my dry, flaky skin (looking at you, brushes) or felt like I was bouncing a rock on my face while charging nearly £20 for the privilege.

I wanted something different. A sponge that was:

• kind to dry or textured skin
• and blended makeup so seamlessly it looked like skin, not product

So I set out to create it myself.
